Vincent Lecomte
Career
Vincent Lecomte began his career working in various consulting firms. He joined the BNP Paribas Group in 1992 to develop the Securities Services business in France and then in Germany and helped to create BNP Paribas Securities Services. In 1999, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of BNP Paribas Asset Management. He joined CortalConsors (now Consorsbank) in 2005 and became Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the business line as well as Chief Executive Officer of the activity in Germany in 2009.
In 2010, he joined BNP Paribas Wealth Management as Chief Operating Officer and became Co-Chief Executive Officer in 2011. He was appointed CEO in 2020.

Virginie Delaunay
Career
Virginie Delaunay began her career at the Treasury Department of the Ministry of Finance in France.
In 2012, she joined the ALMT Team at the BNP Paribas Group, taking over responsibility of European and later US regulatory issues for CIB.
In 2019, she joined Banque Commerciale en France (BCEF, Commercial Banking) as Chief Financial Officer and then Director of the Greater Paris Region (East) of BCEF in charge of individual, private banking, professional, and entrepreneur clients.
She was appointed Deputy CEO of BNP Paribas Wealth Management in charge of CPBS markets (Commercial, Personal Banking & Services) in 2024.
Education
Virginie holds degrees from Sciences Po and ENA in France.
Rachida Tournier
Career
Rachida Tournier joined the BNP Paribas Group in 1999 and held several management positions, notably within Capital Markets, where she spent 10 years accompanying BNPP’ EMEA Corporate clients on their strategic financing.
In 2022, Rachida became Head of Corporate Coverage at CIB for the EMEA region, where she developed the Group’s integrated model and reinforced synergies with the Group’s diversified business lines.
In 2024, Rachida Tournier was appointed Deputy CEO of BNP Paribas Wealth Management in charge of the Entrepreneurs & Families segment and responsible for the CIB - Wealth Management partnership.

Fabrice Bagne
Career
Fabrice Bagne began his career in 1993 at ELF Trading in Geneva, before joining BNP Paribas as a financial engineer in 1995. After serving as the mission chief within the General Inspection of the Group in 1998, he joined BNP Paribas Cardif in 2002 as a mission manager to the General Management. In 2003, he was appointed head of Savings and Business Management at BNP Paribas Cardif before taking over the management of Cardif Lux Vie in Luxembourg from 2006 to 2014. From 2014 to 2017, Fabrice was director of Cardif Patrimoine, a division dedicated to BNP Paribas Cardif’s private clientèle. In 2017, he was appointed Director of Cardif France. He subsequently joined the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas Cardif before being appointed Deputy General Director in charge of France, Italy and Luxembourg. He is also appointed as the Executive Director of BNP Paribas Cardif in 2023.

Sandra Wilikens
Career
Sandra started her career as a tax consultant at Price Waterhouse before joining Paribas Bank as Head of Tax from 1994 to 2000. She then joined the Belgian subsidiary of BNP Paribas Private Banking as Head of Estate Planning.
In 2004, she worked as a wealth structuring consultant for MeesPierson Belgium and was subsequently promoted to Head of Wealth Management for Belgium at BNP Paribas Fortis and joined the management team of BNP Paribas Fortis Private Banking in 2011.
In 2015, Sandra was appointed Secretary General and member of the Executive Committee. She became Head of Human Resources in 2018 and, in 2022, a member of the Executive Board and of the Board of Directors of BNP Paribas Fortis.

Luca Bonansea
Career
Luca Bonansea held several management positions at Intesa Bank before joining the BNL-BNP Paribas Group in 2009. He held various positions within BNL’s Commercial Banking activity, including Director for the North-West region of Italy, Director of the Retail Banking Network, and finally Director of Commercial Banking for BNL-BNP Paribas.
He was appointed Head of BNL-BNP Paribas Private Banking & Wealth Management in 2022.

Jérôme Tournigand
Career
Jérôme Tournigand started his career at BNP Paribas in 1992. After a stint in the retail network and then at the Internal Audit (Inspection Générale) division, he joined Banque Privée France in 2002.
From 2005 to 2015, Jérôme Tournigand continued his career with Wealth Management in Luxembourg and became Director of Domestic Private Banking at BGL BNP Paribas.
In 2016, Jérôme Tournigand took responsibility for the coverage and coordination of BNP Paribas Wealth Management for the European Mediterranean markets (Turkey, Poland, Morocco) as well as for Luxembourg (domestic) and Private Banking in Germany.

Arnaud Tellier
Career
Arnaud Tellier joined the BNP Paribas Group in 1989 to work in various management positions in Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) activities in Europe and then in Turkey. In 2013, he joined BNP Paribas Wealth Management in Singapore and became Head of Investment Services in 2015, then Head of Business in Singapore and Southeast Asia in 2018.
In 2019, he was appointed CEO of BNP Paribas Wealth Management for Asia-Pacific.

Career
Pierre Ramadier began his career with the Group in 1986.
Then in 2000, he was responsible for setting up the Group’s first Private Banking “region”.

In 2010, Pierre was appointed Head of International Retail Markets (Mediterranean Europe) to develop BNP Paribas Wealth Management's activities in Morocco, Turkey and Poland.
In 2016, he became Head of Bank of the West Wealth Management in the USA.
Pierre Ramadier was appointed Head of Entrepreneurs & Families in 2020.

Beat Bachmann
Career
Beat Bachmann brings more than 25 years of experience in international banking, having held several senior positions in Wealth Management at UBS for 16 years in Switzerland and Germany; in 2015, he was appointed Head of Global Financial Intermediaries Europe at UBS.
Beat joined the BNP Paribas Group in August 2022 as CEO of BNP Paribas Wealth Management Switzerland & Emerging Markets.

Career
Anne-Cécile began her career in the consulting sector. She joined the BNP Paribas Group in 2000 in the Advisory teams of BGL BNP Paribas in Luxembourg. From 2007 to 2012, she oversaw the Offering and COO (Chief Operating Officer) functions of BNP Paribas Wealth Management in China.
In 2012, she was appointed Deputy Head of Offering at BNP Paribas Banque Privée France, in charge of Advisory, Regulatory Projects and Digital Marketing. In 2017, she took over the global responsibility for Strategy, the CEO Office and Marketing for Wealth Management before heading up the Marketing, Communications & Sales Steering teams in 2020.
In 2023, Anne-Cécile Lugagne Delpon was appointed Head of Investment Services, which covers the entire range of BNP Paribas Wealth Management products and services in all geographies and for all client segments.

Manon Breuvart
Career
Manon began her career with BNP Paribas in Paris in 2002 and has since held several senior roles across CIB Europe and CIB Asia and across business lines & coverage lines, before taking up her previous position as Head of Territory for Taiwan where she led both CIB and IPS entities including a sizeable Wealth Management onshore set up. Throughout the past 22 years, she has worked on credit topics in various capacities: as a credit analyst, Private Equity VP, Relationship Manager, Project Finance Structurer and Credit Delegation Holder.

Olivier Cazottes
Career
Olivier Cazottes began his career at Société Générale. He joined BNP Paribas in 2004 in the Equity Derivatives division of Global Markets to take charge of the derivatives structuring activity, in Paris and then in London from 2006, covering mainly institutional clients and hedge funds. In 2012, he joined the Group's ALM Treasury team to take responsibility for ALMT oversight of Capital Markets. He was appointed CFO of ALM Treasury in 2017 and then took on an active role in the Group's financial management of the liquidity, capital and internal pricing aspects of the business lines.
Olivier Cazottes was appointed Chief Financial Officer of BNP Paribas Wealth Management in 2022 and supervises the Finance and ALM Treasury activities.

Claire Maldera
Career
Claire Maldera began her career as a Legal Counsel. She joined the BNP Paribas Group in 1999 and moved in 2003 into Humans Resources for the Commercial Banking activities in France, Europe Mediterranean, Global Markets (CIB) and Personal Finance.
Claire Maldera was appointed Head of Human Resources at BNP Paribas Wealth Management in 2020.

Pierre Vincent
Career
Pierre Vincent began his career at BNP Paribas in 1993 as IT Project Manager, before joining the Internal Audit (Inspection Générale) department and held various management positions within Global Markets IT & Operations.
In recent years, Pierre has led the Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) platform in Lisbon dedicated to all CIB operations (Global Markets, Global Banking and BP2S). He has led successful change programmes, which have profoundly transformed CIB's IT and operations, across multiple locations in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Pierre Vincent was appointed Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) of BNP Paribas Wealth Management in 2023. As CTO, Pierre's mission is to lead the transformation of our processes, operations and IT systems.
